Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt.
